The One Eighty Eight Office Building project consists of two 12 Story Office Towers with Ground Level Retail, Parking Garage, and Corporate Offices. The building was designed to be built with the latest Green Building elements such as Solar Panels, Wind Turbines, Low-E Glazing, Natural Daylighting.
Gateway Plaza consists of a renovation of an existing bank operations building and converting it into a 83,300 SF Mixed Use Project. Leasable spaces include 24,000 SF of Restaurants such as Chipotle, Tropical Smoothie, Coldstone, Piola, Winghouse, and 40,000 SF of Class A Offices.
The Shoppes of Coral Way compromises of a 24,000 SF Two Story Mixed Use Development on a 1.6 acre parcel. The Design is influenced by the Historic Coral Way Banyan Trees creating shade canopies. The project is anchored by a 4,300 SF Chase Bank and consists of 10,000 SF of Retail and 9,000 SF of Class A Offices. Construction slated for completion by Fall 2016.

The Holiday Inn Hotel was built in 1969 and is located along I-95 and NW 79th Street. The renovation consists of a redesign of the facades of the building, room reconfiguration and all public spaces. The Lobby has been updated with contemporary features with a Lobby Lounge, Meeting Room, Grab and Go kiosk and Fast Casual Café.
