Sustainable Design
Sustainable architecture is becoming increasingly important, and Dynamica Architecture is well positioned to provide you with sustainable designs. As a LEED accredited professional, our Principal, William Lai, AIA, LEED AP spearheaded the University of Miami Student Center in Coral Gables, Florida while at Arquitectonica. This $38 million, 118,000 square foot building was designed to meet LEED Gold Certification.
LEED certification is the recognized standard for validating a building’s sustainability in site sustainability, water efficiency, materials and resources, energy and atmosphere, and indoor environmental quality. Whether you want to pursue LEED certification or would like your building to include sustainable elements without the additional time and expense of LEED certification, we can incorporate sustainable and energy-saving features into your design.
